When can I sign up for classes?
Anytime! Our Ninja lessons are continuous rather than session-based. We believe that a consistent approach is important for skill development.
What if I join in the middle of the month?
No worries! Our online registration process automatically pro-rates your tuition as needed to ensure that you are not overcharged.
What is AutoPay?
Upon enrolling, you will automatically be enrolled in AutoPay. AutoPay withdrawals are processed on the 15th of each month. Payments made on the 15th go toward your next month of classes. In the event that you would like to discontinue classes, New England Ninja Academy needs to be notified 30 days prior to your last lesson.
Why do you charge in advance?
Your payment reserves your enrollment with New England Ninja Academy and ensures that your child has a place with us.
Do you offer make-ups?
Yes, we allow up to 12 make-up lessons per year. If you need to miss a class, simply call, email or cancel online before the start of your lesson. You can book your make-up lesson up to one week in advance and it can be used anytime while enrolled with us.
All make-ups must be completed while still actively enrolled. No credits or refunds given for missed classes. We do not refund for missed classes.
Do you offer refunds or credits?
Unfortunately, we do not issue these, but we can schedule a make-up lesson at a time that’s convenient for you. We can work with your schedule!
When do lessons end?
Because New England Ninja Academy runs perpetually rather than session-based, your lessons will continue indefinitely until you withdraw from our academy.
How much is tuition?
45 Minute Classes are $99 per month. The first month will be pro-rated based on the number of classes remaining in the month. After your first tuition payment, tuition is a flat fee no matter how many classes are in that particular month.
How much is the registration fee?
There is a $30 annual registration fee. This is due the first time you sign up and then annually with September's tuition.
When is the gym closed for Holidays?
DATES NEW ENGLAND NINJA ACADEMY WILL BE CLOSED FOR CLASSES
We will be closed for classes the following dates:
Labor Day: September 2nd - 4th
Halloween: October 31st
Thanksgiving: November 23rd - November 26th
Christmas: December 23rd – January 4th
Memorial Day Weekend: May 27th – May 30th
Fourth Of July: July 4th
*New England Ninja Academy DOES NOT close for Monday holidays with the exception of the dates above.
What about weather related closings?
Due to New England’s wonderful change of seasons, inclement weather can happen instantly. We follow the Lunenburg School District for ALL WEATHER-related closings. If there is no school (or after-school programs) in Lunenburg due to the weather, there WILL NOT be Ninja Classes either (even if the school district makes an incorrect decision).
During bad weather after school hours, please call New England Ninja Academy one hour prior to your class to check the status of the gym. You can (and should) also follow us on Facebook for the most up-to-date details of what is happening at New England Ninja Academy. If classes are canceled, you will absolutely be able to use our makeup policy. However, please remember to schedule your makeup and not just drop in.
